Good Zope/Squish hosting provider?
How-To Posted by on Monday March 21, 12:16AM, 2005
from the dept.
Hello all, I need hosting for Zope/Squish/TinyTable/Mailman for some websites that have been in operation for some time now. One is quite large with close to 1,000 articles and more postings. Does anyone have opinions? Thanks -- IV

...after the way they treated you, I'm out of ideas.

Maybe get a co-lo box and DIY?

I just saw that they changed their policy and now offer Zope Instance Standard at an okay price so I'm trying them out again. Thanks! -- IV

Can you let us know the price and give a URL to the package in question?

      cheers,

      Chris

Zope Instance Standard seems like it is good for me right now: http://www.zettai.net/ZopeHosting/ZopeInstance/

        Thanks!

Chris, sure wish that subscription to a thread was possible so that I knew you had posted this question. I found out by chance. -- IV

I ended up switching from Zettai to Interlix. Interlix offered both Zope and Mailman and I had to have both. I found out the hard way that Zettai's mail configuration made it very difficult to get Mailman to work (actually I failed after many days of trying). Interlix install was a breeze and they ended up costing less as well. -- IV

Check out iMeme. Decent prices, good service, been in the Zope business forever. Plus you get a virtual FreeBSD server (mail, shell, mailman, etc., etc) so you know nobody else is stomping on your data or processes.
