Zope Interactivity
How-To Posted by on Thursday March 15, 05:37AM, 2001
from the dept.
I am looking for an example of a virtual community using Zope.

Thanks for reading =). Anyhow what I need is best described as a Roster. I have seen PHP do it, but I cant do it in Zope so far. Ideally this database will allow members to enter in their name and other vital stats. Say 5 fields of info, that can be displayed on a 1 liner, and sorted by clicking on the menu bar associated with each of the 5 categories. i.e. Name Address City State Zipcode Country. All 5 seperate fields, and at the top is a menubar so you can sort the master list by zipcode, by name, etc. Also this info must be inputed by the users! (and maintained if anything changes). I know this is a pretty intensive script, and it's beyond my skill, I was hoping to see if anyone in the community has an example, an open source that I can learn off of and modify to suit my needs. Thank you in advance!
